One of my personal yoga challenges has been the forward fold. I would like to be able to touch my forehead to my knees, and I’m a ways off from that goal. My back and hips have always been quite tight, so the graceful forward fold has always been a bit clunky.
What do you all do to work on this pose?
I am going to challenge myself to work on it everyday for the next 30 days. Even if it is only 5 minutes each day, progress is progress.
When working on my flexibility, some of the gear that I can’t live without are my yoga strap, my blocks and my balance ball. My blocks give me the confidence to try new poses, and my strap pulls me to the next level.
