Supergoop! Mineral Matte + Daily Routine Product Review
I get asked all the time for recommendations for the “best” sunscreen and SPF makeup products. My answer is initially always “the best sunscreen is the one that you’ll wear!” Sunscreen won’t protect your skin if you don’t wear it. I do have my personal favorite products and here is a quick product review of Supergoop 100% Mineral Matte and my favorite daily routine products.
For someone like me with oily/combination skin + seborrheic dermatitis, finding a facial sunscreen product for everyday wear is a challenge. Other products either make my skin too oily, or cause my dermatitis to flare, which leads to constant maintenance throughout the day. I even took this product on our recent family camping roadtrip and it was all I needed!
The Mineral Matte goes on smoothly with an instant matte look and even skin tone. I have been able to eliminate other concealers and foundations because this product is all that I need for a finished look. If I’m excessively tired or have a little spot pop up then I will use my W3ll People Narcissist Foundation Stick for additional coverup.
At SUMMERSKIN, we have worked with Supergoop! for years and have been proud to provide their products as they have always been focused on developing products that are enjoyable to wear all day.
Blinc mascara is a very unique product that “tubes” your lashes rather than coats them. I am also susceptible to developing chalazions on my eyes, and Blinc is the only mascara that doesn’t cause these to flare. One of the reasons that this mascara is kind to my eyes is that the “tubes” are easy to completely remove at the end of the day. Standard long wear mascaras do not tend to wash of cleanly enough for my sensitive eyes.
Leave a comment and let us know what are your favorite SPF products for daily wear! I love finding and reviewing new products. xoxo
